The step sequencer is remix decks based and can produce polyrhythmic sounds. Using remix decks on the Kontrol S8 is pretty much as it is on the Kontrol F1, other than only having two rows of sample launch buttons. I have no doubt that some of these issues are due to the fact Traktor Pro 2.7.X wasn’t built for the S8 and that Traktor Pro 3 will fix much of the disparity.
